Mr. Barone received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Park College, Parkville, Missouri, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Barone received his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, where he completed a concentration in Financial Transactions and achieved an Academic Certificate in Taxation Law. While in law school, he served as Publications Editor of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Barone completed a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, in the field of computer technology. Mr. Barone's broad background also includes experience and licensure in insurance and securities. Mr. Barone’s practice is comprised of civil and commercial litigation and business transactions, including insurance defense and construction defect litigation.

Mr. Barone is a member of the Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Associations, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Construction Sections of both State and County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in all Arizona Courts and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
