Kaci Bowman is an associate with Rai & Barone, P.C. Ms. Bowman graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University in 2001 and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Bowman served as an Associate Editor on the Oregon Law Review and received the Maxine Lee Award for Editorial Excellence. In addition, Ms. Bowman had the opportunity to act as an extern to the Honorable Edward F. Shea of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Ms. Bowman also gained valuable experience as a litigator through her participation in the University of Oregon’s Prosecution Clinic where she had the opportunity to try misdemeanor cases in Lane County Circuit Court. Ms. Bowman also had the opportunity to study abroad in London England with the Notre Dame School of Law during the summer of 2002.
Ms. Bowman’s practice focuses primarily in the area of construction defect litigation and general liability insurance defense. Ms. Bowman is admitted to practice law in all Arizona State Courts as well as the United States District Court, District of Arizona
