Mr. Campbell graduated summa cum laude from St. Lawrence University, Canton, New York, with a B.A. degree in history. In 1986, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, Illinois, where he made the Dean’s List and co-chaired the Julius H. Miner Moot Court Board.
Over the years, he has handled successfully civil litigation involving a wide variety of issues, including construction matters, commercial contracts, government contracts, defamation, real estate, and personal injury.
Mr. Campbell has resolved numerous cases through trial, arbitration, administrative hearing, mediation, and direct settlement negotiations. Most recently, Mr. Campbell has concentrated his practice in the areas of construction defect litigation and general liability insurance defense. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
